本授業は前半と後半に分けられる。前半４回は学校インターンシップに参加するための準備として、教育実践を理解するための視点を磨き、多角的な視点から実践に臨む姿勢を身につけることを主な課題としている。実践を読み解くためには、多様な観点から事象を捉えるセンスが必要となるため、授業前半部では、教育実践における様々な具体的事例を取り上げ、参加者全員で事例検討を行う。
　前半４回（第1回から第4回）の授業を終えた段階で、受講者はインターンシップを実際に体験する。インターンシップは週に１回、５週間を連続（8時間×5日間＝40時間）して実習を行う。実習においては、インターンシップ先の定時に出勤し、朝の打合せ、授業支援を行うか、あるいは個別支援対象の児童・生徒と関わる。また、授業後は、実習当日の反省、次回の打合せなどを行う。
　後半となるインターンシップ後の４回（第5回から第8回）の授業ではインターンシップの振り返りを行う。ここでは現場体験をもとに、自身の課題を明確化することが課題となる。

This class is divided into two parts. In the first four sessions, hone your perspective on understanding educational practices in preparation for participating in a school internship. The main task is to acquire an attitude toward the practice from multiple perspectives. In order to understand the practice, it is necessary to grasp the phenomenon from various viewpoints. In the first half of the class, concrete cases in educational practice will be introduced and all participants will examine the cases.
At the end of the first four lessons, participate in an internship. The internship will be take place once a week for 5 consecutive weeks. In the practical training, go to work on time at the internship destination, have a morning meeting, provide class support, or engage with children and students who are eligible for individual support. In addition, after class, reflect on the day of the training and hold the next meeting.
In the four classes after the internship, look back on the internship. Clarify individual problems based on the on-site experience.

本科目は、本学教職課程における独自開講科目として希望する学生を対象としている。学校教育現場における実習では、本学と協定を結ぶ近隣地域の各教育委員会管轄下の中学校・高等学校をはじめ、学生ボランティアを募集している教育関係機関に赴き、担当教員の指導のもと教育補助活動を行うことで、教員として求められる資質の向上に資することを目的とする。


This course is intended for students who wish to be offered as an independent course in our teaching profession. In practical training at school, we aim to improve the skills required as teachers by conducting educational activities at junior high schools, high schools, and educational institutions that are recruiting volunteers.

（2）実践と理論を絶えず往還する態度を身につける。
（3）教員に求められる専門的な知識や技能を理解し、実践に活用する。
（4）教員の日常的な業務内容について理解を深め、実践的な対応力を身につける。

2. Acquire a flexible attitude, constantly going back and forth between practice and theory.

3. Understand the specialized knowledge and skills required of teachers and utilize them in practice.

４. Deepen the understanding of the daily work of teachers and acquire practical responsiveness.

履修を途中で取り下げることなく最後まで参加することを原則としている。

第１回：オリエンテーション（本授業の目的・内容・評価）
　準備学習：学校インターンシップの意義、本授業への参加の動機について自らの考えをまとめる。
　授業内容：学校インターンシップの目的・意義・内容について理解する。

第２回：インターンシップに関する注意事項
　準備学習：インターンシップの注意事項について、文献やインターネットで調べる。
　授業内容：インターンシップにおけるトラブルの事例をもとにインターンシップ先でのふるまいについて理解を深め、参加者同士で議論する。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第３回：実践に臨む上で必要な視点や態度
　準備学習：教員の日常的な業務内容について文献やインターネットで調べる。。
　授業内容：教員の日常的な業務について理解し、観察の視点を磨く。具体的事例をもとに、それぞれの場面でどのような態度、知識、スキルが求められるかを明確化する。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第４回：インターンシップ先についての事前学習
　準備学習：インターンシップ先の学校についてインターネットで調べる。
　授業内容：インターンシップ先の学校の教育方針や地域性について調べた上で自らの目標や課題を設定する。そのうえでインターンシップ先の教育方針のなかで、自らがどのような実践を行ってゆくか、方向性を定める。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。　

　◎インターンシップ【週に１回、５週間連続（８時間×５日間＝４０時間）での実習】

第５回：インターンシップのふり返り（１）—インターンシップ報告書のシェア
　準備学習：インターンシップ報告書に実習内容をまとめる。
　授業内容：インターンシップ報告書をもとに受講者間で体験内容をシェアする。第６回の授業を見据え、インターンシップにおける反省点を整理する。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第６回：インターンシップのふり返り（２）—グループディスカッション
　準備学習：学校教員に求められる資質やスキルについて、インターネットや文献をつうじて情報収集する。
　授業内容：第５回の内容を踏まえて、今後学校教員に求められる資質やスキルについてグループごとにまとめる。また、インターンシップで得られた知見と現代の教育改革の動向をリンクさせ、自身の教育観を深化させる。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第７回：インターンシップの総括および体験発表会
　準備学習：体験発表会に向けてグループごとに発表内容をまとめる。
　授業内容：インターンシップをつうじて学んだことをグループごとに発表する。とりわけ、実習をつうじて学んだ内容を可能な限り、教育の理論と結びつけ、理論と実践の往還を意識した発表を心がける。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第８回：到達度評価試験と解説（テスト形式でまとめを行う。）
　到達度評価：学習内容の定着度を確認する。
　解説：学習内容の総括のポイントを理解する。

Class content: Understand the daily work of teachers and hone observation. Clarify what attitude, knowledge, and skills are required in each situation based on specific cases.

4: Pre-learning about internship destination
Preparatory learning: Learn about the internship school on the Internet.
Class content: Set your own goals and assignments after investigating the educational policy and regional characteristics of the internship school. Then, in the educational policy of the internship destination, determine the direction of the practice you will carry out.

5: Review of internship (1) -Share of internship report
Preparatory learning: Summarize the training content in the internship report.
Class content: Share the experience based on the internship report. Looking ahead to the 6th class, sort out points of reflection on the internship.

6: Review of internship 2: Group discussion
Preparatory learning: Collect information on the qualities and skills required of teachers on the Internet and in literature.
Class content: Based on the fifth class, the qualities and skills required of teachers in the future will be summarized for each group. In addition, deepen your view of education by linking the knowledge gained from the internship with the trends of modern educational reform.

7: Internship summary and experience presentation
Preparatory learning: Summarize the presentation content for each group for the experience presentation.
Class content: Present what you have learned through the internship for each group. Connect what you learned through practical training with the theory of education as much as possible, and give a presentation that is conscious of the exchange of theory and practice.

8: Achievement evaluation test and commentary (summarize in test format)
Achievement evaluation: Confirm the degree of fixation of the learning content.
Explanation: Understand the point of summarizing the learning content.
