概要 Description
In the research and development phase, open innovation, joint projects or consortia such as IMEC, and in the business phase, supply chains and standardization bodies are likely to be used. Former zaibatsu, Den-Den family, subcontracting structure of construction companies, Toyota's keiretsu, Apple's ecosystem, and platforms are examples of this. Although it is an elective subject, it is one of the highly regarded and popular themes often taken up in graduation papers, and requires high expertise. It is essential to introduce and discuss theories and cases that one should know as a prerequisite. Until now, individual previous researches were introduced in the seminar, but there are also many common points, and in the seminar, more time is given for each person to delve deeper into their research. It is desirable to take subjects such as research and development management, science and technology policy in advance. 目的 Objectives
This course is a specialized subject and aims to develop the 1-6 Diplomacy Policies. Students will acquire knowledge and understanding of the CEO/COO, CHRO, entrepreneurs, and other CXOs/stakeholders in the education field. In particular, students will be able to create mechanisms for open innovation and build ecosystems themselves in each phase of innovation. Students will also learn about previous research that can be helpful when writing a graduation paper and be able to formulate appropriate questions and hypotheses for verification. 到達目標 Outcomes
Overview of previous research on innovation ecosystems, develop new questions and hypotheses, and apply them to graduation papers. Submit a paper to the Research and Innovation Society conference. Contribution to class: 50% Report: 50% The final report deadline is approximately one week after the final presentation. The evaluation of the report will follow the criteria of GP, with emphasis on logic, originality, impact, and reality. Morgan (analyst, MD & Executive Officer), Mizuho Securities (analyst, E-MD), and FWI (hedge fund founder, CEO, fund manager). As an analyst, he was top-ranked analyst in the electrical industry in Nikkei rankings five times, achieved returns of 10% in hedge fund operation, and Sortino Ratio 2 or higher. He launched new divisions in NRI and foreign companies before establishing his own business and assuming the role of CEO. He also worked as head of the research division of a foreign company comprising of 100 researchers, and was involved in management. As a fund manager, he evaluated venture businesses and new technologies, and, as an analyst, he engaged in analysis and consulting in various fields, including the electrical industry, venture businesses, and research institutes. As a member of NPO Eureka Think Tank (ETT), he evaluated Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) projects, such as venture technologies and new businesses from both the technology and business angles. He has experience with innovation both from internal and external perspectives. From the internal perspective, he hopes to leverage his experience setting up his own company and launching new businesses in companies, and externally, his experience in assessment and analysis as a think-tank researcher, analyst, consultant, and an investor. Has forged strong connections with top management in companies through more than 1,000 visits to factories and research institutions and more than 10,000 interviews with executives as well as long-term relationships and personal networks cultivated since younger days. Expected to leverage these connections to invite guest speakers and give lectures about leadership and personal qualities. Yukako Nakayama. She has worked as a researcher at Nomura Research Institute and as a consultant (in the information and telecommunications and distribution service industries). Satoshi Ishibashi: After working for Japan Long Term Credit Bank, Citibank, and Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ), he became an advisor to Japan Post; Co-Director of investigation (project management) of the National Diet of Japan Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission (NDCI); senior advisor at the Professional Office of the Support Organization for Regional Economic Revitalization (RERE). Since 2012, he has been leading dialogue activities to think about social systems that transcend generations.
