1. 下記のトピック(A〜D)に関する基礎的な内容(=直面する課題やその解決の方向性およびそれらに関連する理論等)を理解する。 A) 所属業界のデジタル化進展によってもたらされる影響 B) ビジネスモデルの構成要素、およびビジネスモデル・デジタル技術・イノベーションの関係 ビジネスモデルの選択には、サブスクリプション等の収益モデルの選択も含まれる C) デジタル技術開発における社外の活用 D) 社内業務のデジタル化 2. 1で記載したトピックB、C、Dに関する課題認識や原因分析、および解決策の考案を行う際に一貫して有用な「デザイン思考」の基礎を理解する。 3. 講義で紹介された各内容を、個別事例の分析や考察を行う際に、応用できるようになる。
1. Understand the basic content (i.e., challenges faced, directions for solutions, and theories related to those challenges) related to the following topics (A-D). A) Impact of the digitalization of your industry B) Components of business models and the relationship between business models, digital technology, and innovation The choice of business model includes the choice of revenue model such as subscription. C) Use of external parties in the development of digital technologies D) Digitization of internal operations 2. Understand the basics of "design thinking," which is consistently useful in recognizing issues, analyzing causes, and devising solutions related to topics B, C, and D described in 1. 3. Case studies of DX-related cases ① (Nakayama, Kishimoto) -Invite guest speakers who have experience in DX-related practices. -The guest speakers' speeches will be used as case study subjects for discussion. 5. Digital Transformation Synthesis Analysis (Nakayama & Kishimoto) -Students will be asked to conduct a comprehensive analysis of a case study on digital transformation in a way that comprehensively utilizes the content they have learned in the lectures up to the 8th session, and discuss based on the analysis. -Students will also make a presentation on how they will tackle DX in their own companies through this subject.
