この科目は、将来の経営者CEO、CTO、専門性の高いCXO人材を目指す学生が、実務に携わっている経営者、CTO、起業家などイノベーションや経営の実践者から、講演を聞き、質疑応答を行い、その後、教員と学生でグループディスカッションも含めて行う授業である。イノベーションや経営のケーススタディを、その当事者と議論することで、コア科目等で獲得した知識を確認し、それを実践知、考え実行できる能力として定着させることを目的とする演習科目である。

2年生の後期に履修する本科目では、4名のゲストスピーカーのプレゼンテーション、質疑、それを踏まえた学生と教員によるディスカッションを行う。その中で、特にゲストスピーカー間の比較分析を通じて、イノベーションや経営の実践者のビジネスモデルやリーダーシップなどに関する理解を深めることに重きを置く。

In this course, students aiming for future CEOs, CTOs, highly specialized CXO talent, listen to lectures on leadership from senior executives engaged in business, CTO, senior technical officials, and entrepreneurs with Q&A sessions. After that, it is a class to discuss with faculty and students. This is an exercise course aimed at reviewing the knowledge gained in core subjects, understanding leadership deeply, and internalizing what we have learned.

This course, which is taken in the second semester of the second year, consists of presentations by four guest speakers, questions and answers, and discussions by students and faculty based on the presentations. Emphasis will be placed on deepening students' understanding of the business models and leadership of practitioners of innovation and management through comparative analysis among the guest speakers.

技術経営専攻は固有の目的を教育課程で実現するために起業家・CXO等の構成要素に則した8つの教育研究領域を置き、教育課程を「コア科目」、「基礎科目」、ジョブ・ターゲットをより具体化した３つの「トラック科目（E-MOT、イノベーター、アントレプレナー）」、「社会連携科目」及び目的に合致し入学した学生個別の到達目標を実現する「演習科目」に区分し、授業科目を重点的・効果的に配置している。


本科目は、演習科目であり、ディプロマ・ポリシーの１〜７の力をつける。
実践CXO・起業家ケーススタディ１，２履修をさらに深掘りする。

Department of Technology Management has eight education and research areas in line with the components of entrepreneurs and CXOs in order to realize the unique objectives of the curriculum. The curriculum is divided into core subjects, basic subjects, three track subjects with more specific job targets (E-MOT, Innovator, Entrepreneur), social collaboration subjects, and seminar subjects that meet the objectives and achieve the goals of individual students.

This course is an exercise course and will develop the skills from 1 to 7 of the Diploma Policy.

This course is a more in-depth study of practical CXO/entrepreneur case studies 1 and 2.

ゲストスピーカーに関する予習、および1年次、2年次の科目などで教育される知識を活用して、ゲストスピーカーのプレゼンテーションの内容を分析し、グループまたは全体のディスカッションをリードしながら、自分事として受け止め、自社に応用や提案ができるようになる。

Students will be able to analyze the content of the guest speaker's presentation, lead group or whole-group discussions, take it as their own business, and apply or propose their own ideas to their own companies by using the knowledge educated in the preparatory study on the guest speaker and in the first and second year courses.

「実践CXO・起業家ケーススタディ」では、学外の起業家や経営者を「特別講師（以下、「ゲストスピーカー」という。）」として招聘し講演を行う。講演内容を実践知として深掘りするために、予習する。

This course is a lecture to invite entrepreneurs and managers outside the university as "a special lecturer (hereinafter referred to as" guest speaker "). In order to deepen the content of the lecture as practical knowledge, discussions and the like are conducted in accordance with the field based on the lecture content.

「授業貢献」は、ディスカッションを中心に、講義中の質疑応答も考慮する。①理解度(ゲストのプレゼンとケースの多面的な深い理解）、②分析力（ゲストのケースを多面的に分析）、③応用(理解や分析を受け、自分事として、受け止め、自社に応用や提案ができるか）、④議論のリード(ファシリテーター、グループディスカッション、コミュニケーションなど能力）を基準に評価する。

「レポート」は、個別レポートを、(1)理解度、(2)ロジック、(3)分析や提案の独創性、(4)示唆性、(5)表現力（発表プレゼン力）、などを基準に評価する。

採点は採点委員会にて採点する。
なお、8週目のグループ発表そのものは、採点の対象外だが、グループ発表を参考に個別にレポートを提出する。最終レポートは、各回から選んでもいいし、比較して総括してもいいが、各回のゲストのプレゼンや質疑の内容を含んでいること。

配点バランスは、授業貢献(60%)、レポート(40%)

The group presentation itself, which will be given in week 8, will not be graded, but individual reports will be submitted with reference to the group presentations. The final report may be a selection from each session, or a comparison and summary, but it must include the content of the guest presentations and questions from each session.
