21世紀の世界はグローバル化の進展する中で、組織の巨大化から分散化、バーチャル化などの複雑な構造変化への流れが生じている。そうした中、日本では企業の国際競争力の低下が指摘され、組織の円滑な運営や活性化を図る上で、進化する組織をマネージできる「真のリーダー」の育成が急務となっている。
本講義では、リーダーシップについて、将来,CEO、CTOなどCXO、起業家を目指す人材が、経済界や官界、政治家も含めたトップから、体験に基づく講演を聞き、同時に、双方向の議論を行い、リーダーシップとは何か、その思考法、行動力を持つべきか、を学ぶ 。

In the 21st century, we face spreads and penetration of globalization from the social perspective, and rapid change from enlargement to decentralization and virtualization from the organizational perspective. Under such circumstances, Japanese companies have declined their international competitiveness and are aware of their urgent task to develop “true leadership” that can manage their own evolution, smooth operation and re-vitalization of organizations.

CXO candidates, including expected CEOs and CTOs, who aims to become entrepreneurs in the near future, participate in this lecture to learn what leadership is, how to think and act from guest speakers’ talk based on their real experiences. Guests are the real leaders in the field of business, government, and political field. The lectures have some two-way discussions as well as theoretical lectures and some cases.

授業では、組織を目的に向かって導くためのリーダーシップの重要性を理解し、具体的なリーダーシップとマネジメントの違い、人を動かすパワーとしてのリーダーシップ、変革に向けたリーダーシップなどについて知識を得ることを目的とする。講演やケースから、事例を検証し、リーダーシップをいかに発揮すべきか、について各人が考え、それを身につける方法などについて考察する。

The purpose of the class is to understand the importance of leadership to guide the organization towards its purpose, and to learn about the specific differences between leadership and management, leadership to move people, leadership for change, etc. Through these lectures and cases, we examine cases, each participant thinks how to demonstrate each leadership and we again discuss how to acquire them.

企業だけでなく、多様な分野でのリーダーシップの在り方を理解し、自身の企業活動に生かす。

Understand the ideal way of leadership in various fields, not just companies, and use it in your own corporate activities.

若林教授、などが、ファシリテーターとし、８回のうち、1時間目、2時間目を、ゲストスピーカー、3時間目を、総括や議論若林教授などによる理論やケーススタディとする。

価値創造の授業と隔週だが、若干、変更もあるので、日程に注意。


Prof. Wakabayashi, etc are in charge of facilitators. We will have 8 sessions. Each session is 3 hours, the 1st and 2nd hours are lectures by guest speakers, and the third hour is for report-making supplemented by theories and case studies　ｂｙ Prof. Wakabayashi, etc.

After stints at the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, CITIBANK, and Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan, he went on to the positions of Advisor of Japan Post, Investigation Team Deputy Leader in National Diet of Japan Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission (NAIIC) , and Professional Office Senior Advisor to Regional Economy Vitalization Corporation of Japan.
